TERMS OF WARRANTY MACHINES AND BATTERIES
Würth Master and Hikoki machines are covered by a 3-year warranty.
Würth Master and Hikoki batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty.
Würth M-Cube batteries are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Boosters and battery chargers are covered by a 1-year warranty.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing and material faults.
The date on the original invoice and/or the serial number are decisive. In the case of manufacturing and material faults, we offer a free repair or, if repair is no longer possible, a free product replacement.
The following cases are excluded from the warranty:
- a deficiency caused by wear and tear
- a deficiency caused by a failure to follow the usage instructions;
- a deficiency caused by incorrect usage
- a deficiency due to abnormal environmental circumstances
- a deficiency due to a fall or bump
- a deficiency due to negligence, poor maintenance wear and tear, for example, of bearings, seals, suckers,carbon brushes, etc
- a machine that has been dismantled or modified by anyone other than a Würth-approved service station.
TERMS OF WARRANTY HAND TOOLS
Würth hand tools are covered by a 1-year warranty. We offer a lifelong warranty on Würth Zebra hand tools. We offer a warranty throughout the economic life of Würth hand tools. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing and material faults. The date on the original invoice is decisive. In the case of manufacturing and material faults, we offer a free repair or, if repair is no longer possible, a free product replacement.
The following cases are excluded from the warranty:
- a deficiency caused by wear and tear
- a deficiency cased by a failure to follow the usage instructions
- a deficiency caused by incorrect usage
- a deficiency caused by abnormal environmental circumstances
- a deficiency caused by a fall or bump
- a deficiency caused by negligence, poor maintenance
- a deficiency due to alterations or modifications.
Zebra® Warranty
If you are dissatisfied with a Zebra® product, we will take it back immediately. Should the product not meet your requirements, we will exchange the product or give you your money back.
TERMS OF WARRANTY GENERAL
- We offer a 6-month warranty on the entire Modyf range.
- On all other Würth products a 1-year warranty is given.
- For all purchases with a different brand, the supplier’s terms of warranty apply.
